Payment by Paypal or credit card is preferred. Payment or payment arrangements should be completed within 24 hours of purchase. If I don't have payment within the 24 hours, I will send a reminder convo and e-mail. If there still isn't any response in the next 24 hours, the sale WILL be cancelled and negative feedback will be left.

For buyers who wish to pay with a credit card without a PayPal account: At checkout click on the PayPal icon and you will be redirected to PayPal, click the “I do not have a PayPal account” and follow the instructions (you will not be required to create an account to complete a purchase).

I will ship to your Paypal address. If you have a different address that you wish to be shipped to, please let me know in the message from the buyer. Any items being shipped to an alternate address must be insured.

The shipping cost listed includes not only the cost of postage, but also the cost of any packaging materials. I do try to recycle packaging materials as much as possible to keep these costs down.

All UK packages are shipped by first class mail and international by airmail. PLEASE NOTE: If you need your purchase in a hurry I will upgrade your shipping if you let me know, and will invoice you for the difference in cost before the item is shipped.

The buyer is responsible for any and all customs and duties. The customs declaration put on the package will NOT contain false information for any reason.

Insurance is not included, please ask if you would like to add it.

Please provide feedback once you receive your item(s). Just go to your Etsy account and click on feedback. However, do not feel obligated to leave feedback, your privacy is my utmost concern.

Please contact me if you have any questions or are interested in custom orders. This includes a different size, finish or pattern. Alternatively I can work with you to come up with your own personal custom order and style.

All custom order items will require a deposit of 50% of the purchase price (excluding shipping), with the balance to be paid when the item is ready to ship. Should you cancel the special order, you will forfeit the deposit.
